Making a difference for our community, all around

Hi, my name is Savannah, and I own a training company here in Colorado. I provide affordable dog training for our community and donate my time to rescues here in Denver.

Many dogs are in the shelters and have not been adopted out because of behavioral issues that can not be fixed inside the Shelters or rescues. Lack of funding and chaotic environments, the dogs are overlooked or "too much work" for potential adopters. So most dogs are left there for the rest of their lives.

My goal is to open a dog daycare/ training facility to give dogs a chance to be adopted, trained and rehabilitated. It would be eventually funded by the dogs who have a family and are coming to board, train and play. At the same time, making a better life for those who are still waiting for a home. The more owners pay for dogs to be trained and to play and board, the more dogs in rescues we can bring in train and find new homes while giving the potential adopters peace of mind that the dog is ready to go to the home with minimal work necessary.

We need this money to buy a building, renovate it, and provide a safe space for all dogs. Once we have this funding, we already have a long list of rescue and shelter dogs who will immediately begin the program. We also have a perfect backing of employees and trainers ready to go.

We will be hiring exclusively, homeless and underprivileged kids. To set up under privileged kids we will be teaching them how to be dog trainers, so eventually they can also start a career and be successful in the future. Our goal is to help the community all around. If we can do this, we can make a huge difference all around!

I am very passionate about this project and would love help from dog lovers everywhere. My business can't afford the funding from an investor or bank because I provide training for low-income families, so profit for us is meager. I'm ready to make a difference for all dogs in shelters. They are waiting for this.
